As an adventurer and one of the most successful cross-country skiers of all time, Vegard Ulvang knew how well wool performed on expeditions and in competitions. HELSPORT
Helsport was established in 1951 and, throughout the past 60 years, we’ve learned what it takes to make some of the best tents and sleeping bags in the world. We developed our first sleeping bags in 1954, launched our first tent in 1957, and created the world’s first tunnel tent in 1970, and have since set several international standards in development.

What drives us is the passion to make better bikes. This was the spark that ignited our flames in the early ’90s, when Hard Rocx came to life, and this passion is what keeps us innovating in a constantly evolving market. All the R&D and design is done in Asker in Norway, with close ties and cooperation with our manufacturers in Taiwan and China.
